Anastacia F. With over a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector, Anastacia has seamlessly merged her roles as an advocate and leader, championing equitable educational policies and community-driven initiatives. Currently serving as Director of Youth Development at Boys and Girls Club of America, she has not only pioneered competency-based training but has also been a driving force in advocating for programs and policies that empower youth.
